Scope of This NoticeThis Privacy Notice applies to advertisers and advertising agencies, device owners and fleet operators, and business users accessing the OOHAi advertiser or device management platforms.It does not apply to members of the public viewing advertising displays or to OOHAi rideshare rider or driver applications.2. Information We Collect and Process2.1 Account and Business InformationCompany name and registration details, ABN or equivalent identifiers, business address, authorised contact names and roles, email addresses, phone numbers, user login credentials, and account configuration settings.Purpose: account creation, access management, service delivery, and compliance.2.2 Billing and Financial InformationSubscription and service plan details, invoices and payment records, transaction identifiers from payment processors, and tax and accounting records.Payments are processed via third party providers such as Stripe. OOHAi does not store full payment card details.Purpose: billing, accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.2.3 Campaign and Operational DataCampaign configuration and scheduling data, creative asset references, targeting and placement settings, performance reports and analytics outputs, and device assignment and operational metadata.Purpose: campaign execution, reporting, and operational management.2.4 Communications and SupportSupport requests and correspondence, emails and messages sent to OOHAi, and attachments provided during support interactions.Purpose: customer support, troubleshooting, and service improvement.3. How Information Is UsedInformation is used to provide and operate advertiser and device owner platforms, manage user access and permissions, deliver advertising services, generate reports and insights, process payments and invoices, provide customer support, maintain security and audit trails, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.4. Sharing of InformationInformation may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, payments, analytics, and communications, professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers, and authorities where disclosure is required by law.OOHAi does not sell advertiser or device owner personal information.OOHAi does not share advertiser account data with other advertisers.5. Controller and Processor RolesOOHAi acts as data controller for its own platform operations, billing, and account management, and as data processor where advertisers upload business data for campaign execution.Further details are set out in the OOHAi Data Processing Addendum.6. Data RetentionAccount data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus a limited administrative period.Campaign data is retained for reporting and compliance purposes. Financial records are retained as required by law. Detailed retention periods are described in OOHAi retention documentation.7. SecurityOOHAi applies appropriate safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, access logging and monitoring, and secure development and deployment practices.8.
