Application of These TermsThese Driver App Terms of Use supplement and form part of the OOHAi Global Terms of Use.If there is a conflict, these Driver App Terms apply for driver related matters.2. Independent Contractor RelationshipYou acknowledge and agree that you operate as an independent contractor.You are not an employee, agent, or representative of OOHAi.No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.You are solely responsible for your work decisions, schedule, compliance with laws, taxes, insurance, and expenses.OOHAi does not guarantee any minimum number of trips or earnings.3. Eligibility and Driver AccountYou must be legally eligible to provide transportation services and hold all required licences and permits.You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.4. Vehicle and Compliance RequirementsYou are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is safe, roadworthy, insured, and compliant with applicable laws.OOHAi may require confirmation of compliance through third party verification providers.5. Use of the Driver AppYou may accept or decline trip requests at your discretion.You are not required to accept any trip and may choose when to use the platform.6. Payments and EarningsEarnings are calculated based on completed trips.Payments are processed through third party payment providers.Fees or deductions may apply as disclosed in the app.You are responsible for declaring income and paying taxes.7. Driver ConductYou must act professionally, lawfully, and respectfully.You must comply with road safety laws and avoid unsafe behaviour.Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or deactivation.8. Safety and DisclaimersProviding transportation involves inherent risks.OOHAi does not control rider behaviour.You are responsible for vehicle operation and safety.Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.9. Suspension and DeactivationOOHAi may suspend or deactivate your account for breach, safety concerns, non compliance, or legal requirements.10. Limitation of LiabilityOOHAi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.Total liability is limited in accordance with the Global Terms of Use.11. PrivacyUse of the Driver App is subject to the OOHAi Global Privacy Policy and Driver App Privacy Notice.12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.13.
