Role of OOHAiOOHAi provides a technology platform that enables riders to request transportation services from independent drivers.OOHAi does not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly.3. Eligibility and Account RegistrationYou must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.4. Booking and TripsRide requests are sent to available drivers.Acceptance is at the driver’s discretion.Trip availability is not guaranteed.Trip details are displayed before confirmation.5. Pricing and PaymentsFare estimates may vary.Final fares are calculated after trip completion.Payments are processed through third party providers.6. Cancellations and RefundsCancellation and refund rules are displayed in the Rider App or support materials.OOHAi may issue refunds or credits where required by law or policy.7. Rider ConductRiders must behave respectfully and lawfully and comply with safety instructions.Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misconduct.8. Safety and DisclaimersTransportation involves inherent risks.OOHAi is not responsible for acts or omissions of drivers.Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are not limited.9. Suspension and TerminationOOHAi may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or safety reasons.You may stop using the Rider App at any time.10. Limitation of LiabilityOOHAi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.Total liability is limited in accordance with the Global Terms of Use.11. PrivacyUse of the Rider App is subject to the OOHAi Global Privacy Policy and Rider App Privacy Notice.12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.13.
