Scope of This NoticeThis Privacy Notice applies to individuals who use the OOHAi Driver App to accept and complete rides.It does not apply to OOHAi advertising or display systems, audience analytics or computer vision technology, advertiser or device owner platforms, or rider mobile applications.2. Information We Collect and Process2.1 Driver Account and Onboarding InformationName, email address, phone number, driver profile information, vehicle details, and account credentials.Purpose: driver onboarding, account management, safety, and service delivery.2.2 Identity Verification and ComplianceDriver identity verification and compliance checks are performed using third party verification providers. OOHAi processes verification status and outcomes only. OOHAi does not store raw identity document images or biometric templates where these are handled by third parties. Purpose: safety, regulatory compliance, and platform integrity.2.3 Trip and Location InformationTrip pickup location, trip drop off location, route summary for completed trips, and trip timestamps.OOHAi does not continuously track drivers outside of active trips.Purpose: ride fulfilment, navigation, pricing calculation, dispute handling, and safety.2.4 Payment and Earnings InformationTrip earnings and payout amounts, transaction identifiers, payment status, settlement records, and tax related information. Payments are processed through third party providers. Purpose: driver payouts, accounting, tax compliance, and support.2.5 CommunicationsIn app messages related to trips, transactional notifications, and support communications. OOHAi does not send marketing communications to driver accounts. Purpose: service operation, safety communications, and support.3. How Information Is UsedInformation is used to operate the Driver App, match drivers with ride requests, facilitate trips and payments, verify eligibility and compliance, communicate trip status, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.4. Information SharingInformation may be shared with riders for trip completion, payment providers, verification providers, service providers supporting app functionality, and authorities where required by law. OOHAi does not sell driver personal information.5. What We Do Not DoOOHAi does not record audio or video, use advertising audience analytics, perform facial recognition or biometric processing, or track drivers outside of active trips.6. Data RetentionAccount data is retained for the duration of the driver relationship plus a limited administrative period. Trip records are retained for operational, safety, and legal purposes. Earnings and tax records are retained as required by law.7. SecurityOOHAi applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure development practices.8.
