For Drivers

Ability to earn passive income by displaying OOHAi ads

Access to the driver portal for tracking earnings and performance

Revenue share based on impressions generated while driving

Option to purchase smart displays through OOHAi-approved channels

Intellectual Property

All content, software, hardware design, logos, and technology associated with OOHAi are protected under international copyright, trademark, and patent law.

Limitation of Liability

OOHAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you (or to you) in the last 6 months

By using OOHAi Services You Agree not to:

Tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract OOHAi software or systems

Misuse the platform for fraudulent campaigns or data

Display offensive, harmful, or illegal advertising content

Interfere with other users, devices, or network infrastructure

Copy, resell, or white-label our services without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
